Ingredients

1/3 cup almond meal
1 egg
1/2 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 Tbsp melted butter
Instructions
1) Place butter in mug and melt in microwave for 15 secs. Turn the mug to coat the base and sides.
2) To the mug, add almond meal, egg, baking powder, salt and whisk together.
3) Microwave for 90 seconds.
4) Turn out onto plate and cut into 3 portions. Spread with butter and serve.
Notes
The bread can also be toasted.
