This weight loss program is for optimising health and wellbeing for the long-term, with customisation and ongoing support. The focus is not on weight loss alone, rather it is to identify reasons why weight loss has been difficult, eg. hormonal imbalances, poor sleep, overwhelming stress, inappropriate food & exercise choices, etc. The intention is to work on balance in all areas and therefore optimise the person’s overall health.
