¼ cup chia seeds
¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
1 Tbsp ground flaxseed
1 Tbsp hemp seeds
1 Tbsp quality protein powder
Pinch ground cinnamon
1 piece of fresh fruit:
eg. Peach, nectarine, apricot
Stir together ¼ cup chia seeds with ¾ cup almond milk and leave covered in fridge overnight. Stir in flaxseed, hemp and protein powder. May need to add more liquid (almond milk or water) in morning.
Add slices of fresh fruit in the morning with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Can add cashew nut butter for additional creaminess and flavour.
