Ingredients

200ml coconut water 1-2 scoops vanilla protein powder 2 teaspoons Iso Whey Kale, Collard Greens & Broccoli Sprout powder 1/2 cup frozen raspberries 1 Tbsp ground linseed (flaxseed) 1 Tbsp hemp seeds pinch of baby spinach

Instructions

Blend together, pour into tall glass & enjoy!

Notes

High in folate, great to drink during pregnancy and anytime.
