Banana Coconut & Cacao Shake

- 200ml coconut water
- 5-6 ice cubes
- 1 banana
- 2 scoops of vanilla or chocolate protein powder
- 2 tsp Lucuma, Chia & Coconut antioxidant powder
- 1 Tbsp cashew nut butter
- 1-2 Tbsp Cacao nibs
- Place all ingredients in blender & blend until smooth. Leave some of the cacao nibs to sprinkle on top as a garnish.
- Great recovery food after a hard session of weights!
