Chocolate Avocado Pudding

- 3 large avocados, soft and ripe
- 1/4 cup organic cacao powder
- 5-6 Tablespoons coconut milk
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- 1-2 Tablespoons raw honey (or to taste)
- Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth (about 1 minute).
- Serve into separate bowls.
- Refrigerate for 30 mins.
- A healthy alternative for the sweet tooth!
