Chocolate Protein Balls

  1. 600 g pitted dates or Medjool dates
  2. 2 dessertspoonfuls cashew nut butter
  3. 4 scoops chocolate protein powder
  4. 2 Tbsp dessicated coconut
  5. Juice of 1.5 lemons
  1. Place dates, nut butter, protein powder & coconut in a processor.
  2. Add lemon juice while processing, until mixture sticks together in clumps.
  3. Form into balls, then roll in extra coconut.
  4. Store in fridge.
