Creamy Broccoli Soup

- 1 head of fresh broccoli
- 41/2 cups chicken stock
- 2 Hass avocados
- 1/2 cup grated cheese (cheddar)
- salt & pepper to taste
- Steam the broccoli for 4-5 mins and cut into smaller pieces.
- Combine the broccoli, stock & avocado, and blend till smooth.
- Cook over medium heat till thoroughly warmed and add the cheese.
- Stir well.
- Serves 4.
