Salted Caramel & Ginger Smoothie

- 1 frozen banana
- 2 pitted Medjool dates
- 1 Tbsp Greek yoghurt
- ice (optional - nice in Summer!)
- 1 cup coconut water (or water or Almond milk for creamier taste)
- 2 scoops salted caramel protein powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- dash ground ginger powder
- Dust lightly with cinnamon on top to serve!
- Blend altogether in Nutribullet or processor.
- Enjoy this Christmassy twist to your protein shake!
