

Zucchini & Dukkah Chips

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup dukkah
- 2 medium zucchini, cut into chips
- 1 beaten egg, with 1 Tbsp water
- olive oil to drizzle
Method
- Preheat oven to 180C. Line baking tray with baking paper.
- Place dukkah into shallow bowl.
- Dip zucchini into egg mix and then dukkah, to coat.
- Place chips on baking tray.
- Drizzle lightly with olive oil and bake until golden and crispy (about 20mins).
Notes
- Makes about 24 chips.
