Allow to sit for a few minutes, then stir again to remove any lumps.
Cover & refrigerate over night.
Add fresh fruit, dollop Greek yoghurt or coconut yoghurt, sprinkle of nuts & seeds.
Omit the almonds to make this Low Histamine Friendly.
