200ml coconut water
1 banana
2 scoops of vanilla or chocolate protein powder
2 Tbsp of Greens or Antioxidant powder
1 Tbsp cashew nut butter
1 Tbsp hemp seeds
1 Tbsp ground flaxseed
1–2 Tbsp Cacao nibs
Place all ingredients in blender & blend until smooth.
Leave some of the cacao nibs to sprinkle on top as a garnish.
Great recovery food after a hard session of weights!
