1/4 cup organic rolled oats
1/2 almond milk
1/2 banana
1 Tbsp cashew nut butter
1 Tbsp ground flaxseed (linseed)
1/2 cup frozen pitted cherries (thawed)
1–2 Tbsp Greek yoghurt
dash cinnamon
Place oats in small saucepan & add milk.
Stir in cashew nut butter and banana.
Cook over moderate heat for about 3 mins.
Serve in bowl.
Stir in flaxseed, then add cherries, yoghurt & dash of cinnamon.
