1 500g block hard tofu
Marinade:
2 Tbsp Tamari soy sauce
1/2 cup peanut butter (or other nut butter)
juice of 1/2 lemon
2 Tbsp sweet chilli sauce
1/2 cup boiling water
Slice tofu block into 9 slices and arrange in shallow baking dish.
Mix together remaining ingredients, adding boiling water last.
Stir well and pour over tofu, covering every slice.
Marinade for about 1-2 hours.
Bake in moderate oven for about 20 mins.
