1/2 cup cubed fresh pineapple
1/2 cup almond milk
1 Tbsp ground almond meal or seeds
30g spirulina powder or greens mix (available health food stores)
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1–2 Tbsp natural Greek yoghurt
1 scoop protein powder
1 Tbsp cashew nut butter
Blend all ingredients together.
Add ice for a fluffy, light consistency.
