Tahini Balls

Ingredients

1/2 cup tahini 1/2 cup honey 1/2 cup dessicated coconut 1/2 cup LSA or ground seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, sesame, linseed) 1 cup chopped dates 1/2 cup chopped almonds

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Roll into small balls and coat with coconut.
Store in fridge in sealed container. Can be frozen.

Notes

This snack is high in calcium and fibre.
