Tahini Balls

½ cup tahini
½ cup honey
½ cup dessicated coconut
½ cup LSA or ground seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, sesame, linseed)
1 cup chopped dates
½ cup chopped almonds


Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Roll into small balls and coat with coconut.
Store in fridge in sealed container. Can be frozen.


This snack is high in calcium and fibre.
