200ml coconut water
1–2 scoops vanilla protein powder
2 small nectarines
2 teaspoons Iso Whey Lucuma, Chia & Coconut powder
1 Tbsp hemp seeds
1 Tbsp ground flaxseed
Blend together, pour into tall glass.
