3 Tbsp almond meal
1 egg
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 Tbsp melted butter
1. Pour melted butter into large mug and turn to coat the sides with butter.
2. Pour all ingredients into the mug and whisk with a fork or small whisk.
3. Place in microwave and cook for 90 seconds.
4. Remove from microwave and allow to cool slightly.
5. Slice into 3-4 slices. Spread with butter and enjoy.
The slices can be toasted and then buttered.
