Cashew Nut Balls (Protein Balls)

1 cup chopped, pitted dates
2 Tablespoons coconut
45g vanilla DF protein powder
3 Tablespoons cashew nut butter
Juice of half a lemon
Place all ingredients into food processor.
Process until mixture resembles coarse breadcrumbs.
Make into balls and roll in small amount of coconut. Refrigerate.
