Ingredients

Scale

1 frozen banana
2 pitted Medjool dates
1 Tbsp Greek yoghurt
ice (optional – nice in Summer!)
1 cup coconut water (or water or Almond milk for a creamier taste)
2 scoops of salted caramel protein powder
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
dash ground ginger powder
Dust lightly with cinnamon on top to serve!

Instructions

Blend all together in Nutribullet or processor.
Enjoy this Christmassy twist to your protein shake!
