1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1–2 Tbsp tamari soy sauce
Instructions
Preheat frypan. Add seeds and heat while stirring, so they don’t burn.
When the pumpkin seeds start to swell and ‘pop’ (in about 1 min), turn off the heat. Remove from heat.
Stir in tamari soy sauce.
Allow to cool and store in an airtight container.
Notes
A good snack alternative to nuts. Great to sprinkle on salads or steamed vegetables.
