Activating Almonds

Ingredients

Scale

2 cups raw almonds
sea salt
filtered water

Instructions

Dissolve 2 tsp salt in enough water to cover 2 cups raw almonds
Soak in water for about 12 hours
Strain and rinse the nuts
Spread over dehydrator rack
Dry for 12-24 hours at 40C

Notes

Crunchy, delicious and bio-available (easy to digest!).
Store in a sealed container in the fridge.
