In small bowl, combine almond meal and baking powder. In microwave safe bowl, combine mozzarella cheese and cream cheese and microwave in 15 second spurts until warm and softened. Stir together until smooth.
Transfer to a food processor, using dough blade. Add eggs and dry ingredients and blend until dough is smooth.
Roll out the dough into large oval shape. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top, leaving about a 2 cm border around the sides.
Bake the bread for 10-12 minutes, until cheese is golden brown. Sprinkle with chopped coriander and slice lengthways to serve.
