Tropical Banana Bliss

Ingredients

Scale

1 banana
1 Tbsp coconut oil
1 Tbsp natural yoghurt
2 scoops protein powder
½ cup water
1 Tbsp LSA

1 Tbsp almond nut butter

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a blender, blend till smooth. 
Serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top.  Drink immediately.
